Solution:
1. Login to webmail as the required user
2. Click on the '3 lines' icon (top right corner) then 'Settings'
3. Click on 'Mail' then 'Auto Forward'
4. Specify the destination email address, tick 'keep a copy of the message' if appropriate and finally tick 'Enabled'
