The mailMX range of services does not automatically include the ability to access your email whilst it is queued. We can optionally enable mailMX 'DR access' which will continue to queue your email for up to 7 days whilst delivering a secondary copy to a temporary instance of your email domain hosted by us. Due to the varying nature of mailMX customer environments the 'DR access' facility pricing does not fit within a simple structure so please contact us for details. Pricing does however start from as little as £15+vat per incident (including up to 1 month of access to the DR mailboxes).
