INFO: Sending email from an email client

Customers may send email via our servers from any location if the account includes SMTPAUTH (SMTP Relay) support. SMTPAUTH support is now available as a standard feature with most of our Web Hosting accounts.

To send email you should set your outbound/smtp server to mail.<domain> and logon to the server using the same username/password as used for your mailbox.

For example, if your domain is example.co.uk you would send mail via mail.example.co.uk

When sending mail from certain access providers you may experienced problems. In the event of difficulties with recommend that you change the SMTP Port within your email client from 25 to 366. This will normally overcome problems, particularly where your access provider restricts access to Port 25.
