We process all Direct Debit payments through our payment partner GoCardless, as a payment institution authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) they provide a secure environment for processing payments. Since November 2012 you should see our name in the payment reference although it can vary depending upon your bank, in most situations it will appear similar to GOCARDLESS.COM REF YORKUKHOSTIN-[AB1C] where the last few characters are randomised.
IMPORTANT: If the transaction on your statement does not include YORKUKHOSTIN- in the payment reference it has not been made to Iridis. In this case you should contact GoCardless for advice as the transaction has not been requested on our behalf.
