To send email through our servers it is necessary to configure your iPhone or iPad to login first. To enable on an iPhone or iPad please follow the steps below:
- Tap on Settings from your home screen.
- Select the Mail, Contacts, Calendar option.
- Select <YOUR-EMAIL-ACCOUNT>.
- Select the <ACCOUNT> line.
- Scroll down to the Outgoing Mail Server and click on the SMTP option.
- Select the Outgoing Mail Server option listed under the Primary Server section.
- Ensure that the Server is set to ON.
- Change Authentication to Password.
- Ensure that the User Name and Password fields are correctly set to the username and password of your mailbox.
- If "Use SSL" is On ensure Server Port is set to 587. Otherwise, ensure the port is set to 25 or 2525.
- Click DONE at your top right hand corner.
