To protect your hosting account our we monitor invalid login attempts and when a threshold is met we block the offending IP address. Normally this protects against third party attacks against your website / email but sometime a customer may trigger the protection inadvertently by using incorrect passwords. When this occurs you will be unable to access your website / email from the blocked IP address.
To remove the block please login to the Client Portal then click Services > Actions > Unban then type in your IP address. By default your current IP address will be listed.
