The reseller account automatically creates hostnames for key services such as email and ftp when you add a new domain. A list of defailt names is provided below, assuming the domain example.com:
- www.example.com - used to access the website.
- example.com - used to access the website.
- ftp.example.com - used to connect to the FTP servers, for uploading/downloading files.
IMPORTANT:
To access email you should use vmail1.mail.hosting-platform.com as the IMAP/POP/SMTP (incoming/outgoing) server. Webmail access is via https://vmail1.mail.hosting-platform.com/
