To cancel a domain renewal please follow the steps below:
1. Login to https://portal.yorkukhosting.com/login
2. Click the 'Domains' menu then 'My Domains'
3. Click the spanner/wrench icon next to your domain
4. Click 'Auto Renew' from the 'Manage' options (left)
5. Click 'Disable Auto Renew'
This will cancel the automatic renewal and the associated renewal invoice if already generated. Domains that are not renewed will be made available by the registry for third parties to register.
Please note that choosing not to renew a domain does not automatically cancel any services associated with it. Associated services should be cancelled separately to prevent renewal if they are not required.
