FAQ: Why do I have to update my card details even though my new card has the same number?

When your credit/debit card provider issues you with a new card it is possible that the 16 digit number remains the same but the start and expiry dates along with the 3 digit security code will change. For this reason when you are issued with a new card it is necessary to provide your card details again via our customer portal.
