The following setup instructions are designed for use with Thunderbird. After loading Thunderbird please follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1 - Click on Tools then Account Settings.
Step 2 - Click on Account Actions then Add Mail Account.
Step 3 - Enter your name, as you want it to appear on emails, your email address and the password you configured via the control panel. To submit the details click on Continue.
Step 4 - As soon as the Manual Config button appear click on it.
Step 5 - Complete the additional fields as shown below, substituting mail.example.com for mail. and joe@example.com for your email address. Click on Create Account to complete the setup.
Step 6 - Thunderbird will advise you have configured a standard, non-secure connection. Tick I Understand then click on Create Account.
The mailbox is now configured, your inbox will begin to download.
